Returns of purchases or gifts may be made by UPS or in person in our Brooklyn store. (101 S 9th St.)Simply send or bring back unworn, unopened and none expired merchandise with all original tags attached and an original Cocoon receipt within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund in full.
This does not apply to "on sale" items, for which all sales are final.
